We are now looking for pilot companies that want early access and a chance to shape how the product develops.
Especially relevant in HVAC, electrical, chimney sweeping, property maintenance, cleaning and construction — but we welcome applications from any field where work needs to be documented clearly.
Picture-backed PDF documentation is generated automatically when the technician marks the job done. When questions come up later, the documentation is already there.

Work orders, templates and reports stay in one place. Evidit uses AI to build new work templates from regulations, checklists and internal guidance in minutes.
How Evidit works
The office creates the job, the technician completes it in the field, and the customer automatically receives documentation of what was done.
Add a customer, choose a work template and assign the job. New templates can also be created quickly with AI from regulations, checklists or internal instructions.
The technician documents the work with photos, adds a note when needed and marks the job complete. The interface is designed for quick use on a phone.
Picture-backed PDF documentation goes out automatically. If questions or disputes come up later, the documentation is already in place.
Who the pilot is for
The pilot is for companies doing field work, documenting visits or inspections, and looking to help shape a tool around real operational needs before wider release.
Best fit for companies where work happens at the customer site and daily operations depend on technicians or service staff on the move.
For example maintenance visits, inspections, installations and other jobs where clear documentation reduces ambiguity for the customer and your team.
The pilot includes light collaboration with us: typically 1–2 short conversations per month about usage, value and improvements.
We go through onboarding, support and pilot terms with each company before the pilot starts.
